I am a public health doctor, sophrologist, and human energy expert, working at the intersection of science, lived experience, and human consciousness.

I trained in medicine and public health, and spent much of my professional life working in complex systems - from remote healthcare delivery in Australia to international policy environments within the United Nations, and later in private business. Across these settings, I worked with people who were highly capable, committed, and often under significant pressure.

Over time, a pattern became impossible to ignore: many of the challenges we face - stress-related illness, burn-out, fragmentation, loss of meaning - are not the result of a lack of knowledge or effort. They arise when people are disconnected from their bodies, their inner signals, and their capacity to regulate themselves from the inside out.

Alongside my medical and public-health training, I deepened my work in Sophrology and other energy-based practices. This allowed me to work not only with cognition and behaviour, but with lived experience - breath, sensations, attention, vitality, and consciousness.

Today, I support individuals and organisations who want to cultivate sustainable wellbeing, resilience, and clarity not by pushing harder, but by learning how to work with their human energy system.

‘‘We cannot solve our problems with the same consciousness that has created them ”

Albert Einstein

Through both professional practice and personal experience, I have come to a clear conclusion:

health and wellbeing are not driven by biology and chemistry alone. At their core, they are energetic.

Our nervous system, emotional regulation, attention, motivation, creativity, and capacity for connection are all expressions of our human energy system. When this system is depleted or dysregulated, no amount of knowledge, strategy, or productivity tools can fully compensate.

When people are energetically well, something else becomes possible.
They relate better - to themselves and to others.
They become more patient, intuitive, creative, and collaborative.
They make clearer decisions and navigate complexity with greater steadiness.

This is not only beneficial for individual wellbeing; it directly shapes outcomes - in families, teams, organisations, and society at large.

If we want better systems, better products, and more humane ways of working and living, we need people who are well enough in themselves to create them. And if we want a future that supports planetary health, we need forms of action and collaboration that are rooted in awareness, responsibility, and connection - not chronic stress and disconnection.

This is where I deeply resonate with Albert Einstein’s insight that we cannot solve our problems with the same level of consciousness that created them.

Yet modern Western life rarely gives us the space - or the tools - to pause, listen inwardly, and tend to our human energy system in a consistent way. We are busy, stimulated, and externally oriented, often moving too fast to notice when we are running on empty.

Sophrology offers a powerful response to this reality.
It fits into modern lives, requires no special conditions, and works directly with the body, breath, attention, and awareness. It not only helps regulate the human energy system; it also supports the gradual expansion of consciousness - the very shift Einstein pointed to.

This is why I do this work.

My Sophrology journey

I have always been drawn to practices that cultivate calm and awareness. As a young adult, travelling through India and Nepal introduced me to meditation, yoga, and a slower, more embodied way of living — experiences that stayed with me.

As my career and family life expanded, however, these practices became harder to sustain. They began to feel like luxuries rather than necessities. Outwardly, my life looked full and successful. Inwardly, I felt increasingly disconnected — from my body, from myself, and from what truly mattered. I was constantly busy, constantly giving, and rarely pausing to check how I was really doing.

Eventually, my body forced a stop. I burned out.

When the momentum fell away, it became clear that I couldn’t think my way back to wellbeing. I needed a way to sensemy way back — to rebuild trust in my body and restore inner balance.

That was when Sophrology entered my life.

Through its simple, gentle practices, something gradually shifted. I felt more present, more grounded, and more alive. Sophrology helped me reconnect with my body, regulate my energy, and rediscover a sense of inner steadiness and vitality.

Today, Sophrology remains my primary wellbeing practice. It is practical, accessible, and deeply effective — not only in times of crisis, but as a way of living with greater awareness and resilience.

It is a privilege to now guide others who are navigating exhaustion, transition, or change, and to support them in reconnecting with themselves and moving forward with more ease and vitality.
