This SophroMidlifeCircle is your invitation to do just that.

With the support of Sophrology, gentle coaching in a safe circle of like-minded women, you’ll reconnect with your body and inner compass and step forward with renewed vitality, self-trust and purpose.

Step into Midlife with Vitality & Purpose is an in-person 9-week experience designed to honour both inner work and real-life integration.

You’ll move through:

  • 6 in-person group sessions in which we explore and practice together (3 hours per session)

  • 1 nourishing half-day retreat (week 9)

  • 2 self-guided integration weeks - with optional online check-in (Weeks 5 & 6 - during October school holidays)

  • 1 personal 1-1 SophroCoaching session (60 min)

  • Sophrology home-practice with audio library (life-time) access

Each session blends:

  • Sophrology exercises (body-mind awareness & relaxation)

  • Energy Medicine practices (to support your vital energy)

  • Transformational coaching (identity, emotions and clarity)

  • Connection, journaling, and space to be witnessed

* provided you practice the short Sophrology and Energy Medicine exercises at home at least 5 times a week throughout the 9 weeks.

I guide women back to their inner steadiness through the science of the nervous system and the soul of personal transformation. My style is warm, discreet, evidence-informed, and deeply respectful of your pace.

  • The group sessions are held at Ved Slotshaven 3, 2820 Gentofte, Danmark.

    This location is based in Bernsdorffsparken, a calming green space with 8 min walk from Gentofte Station (public transport).

  • English. Open to Danish and international women.

  • Yes. This program is designed for beginners and those curious to reconnect with their body-mind connection in a gentle way.

  • No, you will be seated in comfortable chairs and not on the ground or in any specific position.

  • Both weekends of the October school holidays (week 42) are self-guided integration weeks. On the second weekend an optional on-line check in is offered.

  • If you cannot attend one of the in-person session, there is the possibility to replace ONE in person session with one 1-1 session (75min) with AnnA. If more session are problematic to attend a 30min online session with AnnA is offered to practice the weeks Sophrology exercise.

  • Yes. For best results it is advised that you practice with the audio-guide the weeks Sophrology session (10-15min) 5 days a week. But don't worry, any practice is good even if you only mange to do 3 times a week 5min.

  • The course is highly personalised to the audience, and is drawing on AnnA’s medical, sophrology and energy medicine education. This unique approach is unique in Denmark.

  • It is adviced to have a conversation with AnnA before starting the SophroMidlifeCircle, so she can advise and demonstrate what Sophrology is. It is also possible to join one of the SophroPracticeCircles in the lead up to the course (they are available on many dates one month in advance of the start course).

  • Ye sit is possible to pay the course in 2 instalments. One at the start of the course and the other mid-course. Please contact me directly to arrange this.

  • You can bring your favourite notebook and pen to journal in.

  • There is no special clothing requirement for the Sophrology or energy medicine practices. You are recommend to wear that what is conformable for you and what makes you feel good?
