We often live disconnected from the body, relying mainly on thinking and effort to manage stress and challenges. Over time, this can dull our sense of vitality and make regulation feel hard or forced.

Through gentle, structured practices, you will:
Be introduced to the human energy system and how this shapes our physical and mental health
Experience your own energy system directly and develop a felt sense of how it moves and responds
Learn how to work with your energy rather than against it in everyday life
Learn how to support balance and vitality in a way that feels natural, realistic, and sustainable
This is not about mastering a system or reaching a particular state.
It is about learning to listen, respond, and replenish - again and again, in real life.

Each week includes:
A live 90min online session combining short teaching, guided practice, and reflection
A recording of the main weekly practice, so you can continue exploring and supporting your vitality at home during the week
Informative hand-outs
A small, consistent group to create safety, continuity, and trust

Questions & Answers
Is this just another online course I’ll forget about?
No. This is a live, experiential course with a small group, guided practices, and recordings designed for repetition and integration. The focus is on direct experience and practical application, rather than information overload.
Do I need prior experience with Sophrology or energy practices?
No. All practices are introduced step by step in a clear and accessible way.
What if I miss a live session?
You will have access to the main practice recording for that week, so you can continue with the course even if you are unable to attend live.
Is this therapy?
No. This is an educational and experiential course focused on awareness, energy regulation, and wellbeing. It can be supportive, but it is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
How interactive is the group?
Participation is always invitational. You are welcome to share, reflect, or simply listen. The group is intentionally kept small to support safety, trust, and continuity.
What is the 1-to-1 session used for?
The individual session is used to tailor the practices to your situation, address personal questions, and support the integration of what you are learning.
What do I need for each session?
No special equipment or clothing is required. You will need a normal chair with a back, comfortable everyday clothing, and a notebook and pen for reflection and notes.
Do I need to practice at home?
Yes. To gain the most benefit from the course, it is recommended that you practice the main 10–15 minute Sophrology exercise using the audio guide around three times per week. This short, regular practice supports integration into daily life.
